Individual Psychotherapy (Counseling) is a partnership you and I create together. It is a one-on-one time to address your mental health concerns. It can be a temporary, short-term or an as-needed experience.

Family Therapy is an engagement with the family as a whole unit or sometimes with parent/s and kid/s or teens. It is a partnership that helps work out family struggles.
A crisis is a significant life event that has the power to overwhelm a persons coping. I specialize in helping people through these events. I work with Post Traumatic Stress, Stress Management, re-entry: from events, combat related stress, down-range experiences. I also speciaize in Critical Incident Stress.
Going through Bereavement, Grief and Loss is typically the worst experience of a persons life. I work with individuals and families (agencies and groups) who are experiencing this. There is a hopeful process with this but always unique to each individual.
Premarital, Marriage, Divorce and Separation are critical points of relationships. I provide counseling for individuals, couples and families going through these tough times.
Relationships and Couples counseling is a partnership with individuals or couples entering into a relationship and/or going through a tough time. This counseling provides much needed support, conflict resolution/management, communication skill building and developing a more-positive interaction.
Stress Management Intervention & Counseling is working with individuals, groups, businesses and agencies who are experiencing high-level amounts of stress related to the environment and/or work exposures.
I teach and train groups, businesses, teachers, emergency services personnel.

Depression affects most people on some level. Some experience it in a clinical form with a higher need for help and some with feelings of depression that can benefit from the therapeutic process.
I believe everyone experiences anxiety and on for some it be difficult to manage. Using individual counseling and building a therapeutic relationship can help alleviate the affects of anxiety and develop better coping.
